30-Day Return Policy
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days for a refund.
Return Requirements
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging
- Include all accessories, manuals, and free gifts
- Proof of purchase (order number or email confirmation)
- Items showing signs of wear or use may be subject to a partial refund
How to Start a Return

- 2We'll provide a prepaid return shipping label within 1-2 business days.
- 3Pack your item securely in its original packaging and drop it off at any carrier location.
- 4Once received, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Refund Timeline
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive your return. You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 1–3 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return: opened beauty products, personal care items, and intimate apparel. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
